Hand malas are something like the “little sisters” of malas – they are reminiscent of the typical prayer beads on the neck, but are very easy to put on and take off thanks to their stretch band.

For us too, the elephant is a spirit animal that stands for wisdom and stability. But he is also a great role model when it comes to family bonds and can teach us to put aside envy, fear, or even hatred.
